- 1 cup sliced seitan
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- ½ bell pepper, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp ground ginger
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté seitan until lightly crispy.
Add garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper; stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, ground ginger, cornstarch, and water.
Pour sauce into the pan and stir until it thickens and evenly coats the ingredients.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For added depth of flavor, marinate the seitan in soy sauce and ginger for 15 minutes before cooking.
