- 1 cup sliced seitan
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- ½ bell pepper, sliced

- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté seitan until lightly crispy.
- Add garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper; stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, ground ginger, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour sauce into the pan and stir until it thickens and evenly coats the ingredients.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For added depth of flavor, marinate the seitan in soy sauce and ginger for 15 minutes before cooking.
