This classic Chicken Alfredo recipe brings together tender sautéed chicken and a rich, creamy Parmesan sauce over perfectly cooked fettuccine. It’s a comforting, satisfying dish that’s quick to prepare yet impressive enough for dinner guests.
Ingredients
Fettuccine pasta – 12 oz
Chicken breast – 2 (sliced)
Heavy cream – 1 cup
Parmesan cheese – 1 cup (grated)
Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper – to taste
Parsley (optional) – for garnish
Instructions
Cook fettuccine until al dente; drain and set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper; sauté in olive oil until golden and fully cooked. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, cook garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add pasta and chicken to the sauce, toss to coat, and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
