Ingredients
- Fettuccine pasta – 12 oz
- Chicken breast – 2 (sliced)
- Heavy cream – 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese – 1 cup (grated)
- Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- Parsley (optional) – for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper; sauté in olive oil until golden and fully cooked. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, cook garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add pasta and chicken to the sauce, toss to coat, and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
