Description

 This no-rise pizza dough recipe delivers a thin, crispy crust in under an hour—no yeast or waiting required. Made with pantry staples and leavened with baking powder, it’s the perfect solution for spontaneous homemade pizza nights.


Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour (plus more for dusting)
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water (about 110°F / 43°C)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet inside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add warm water and olive oil; mix until a rough dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 3–5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
