Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or pork/beef blend
- 1 egg
- ½ cup cooked rice or gluten free breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until fully combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
Optionally, simmer in gluten free marinara sauce for extra flavor before serving.
