Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb (16 oz) ground sausage (turkey, chicken, beef, or plant-based)
- 16 oz cream cheese (cut into cubes)
- 2 cans (10 oz each) diced tomatoes & green chilies (undrained)
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sausage, break apart, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Stir in garlic and smoked paprika; cook for 1 minute.

- Serve hot with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
To make ahead, prepare fully and refrigerate up to 4 days.
